looks to me how fast your rpms are going up that your tires are spinning...my car does the same when i shift..rpms go flying up

it looks like your speedo acts as if it were a tach!!
thats crazy!
maybe you have some wiring mixed up somewhere? or a bad ground or something?
imo it look like an electrical problem...
