Remote start on 5 speed... do i have it right yet?
I used the directions on the lower right to make the picture of the relay. Orange wires go to the clutch pedal switches, fooling it into thinking that it's depressed. Just wondering if i connect the starter wire to the center of the relay (blue wire in picture), will it start by remote? applogize forpic, but i made this in paint, and its the only way imagestation would post it

Almost....
all you really need to do is find the two wires, the one that's the constant and the other side that shows the power when the clutch is down. Spile a iwre into the constant side, and hook it to pin 30. Then splice a wire on the switched side and hook it to pin 87. Connect 85 to constant, and 86 to the ground when starting (like you have those two in your pics). 87A isn't needed, you can disreguard that pin. It's the normally closed switch.
This way, when the remote start is started and that "Ground when remote start activated" wire goes to ground, the relay energizes and connects pin 30 to 87 (which to the car looks like you just pushed the clutch switch down), and when you try to start the car with the key w/o pushing the clutch 30 and 87 aren't connected, so the car won't start
hope that was clear enough for you lol

can you please make a picture like i did, and explain which switch wired into where? i took about an hour trying to make that one
i know, i wasnt going to do it like that, because i didnt like the idea of getting in my car and not pushing in the clutch...
as for safety, what i was going to do was make a pannel of 3 switches on each side, for the gears, 1st threw Reverse. the switches are usually used for grounding for hoods, someone pops your hood, it grounds out. well, i was just going to wire them in sequence to the alarm, so if one of them is pushed by the shifter (meaning its in any gear), it wont connect to the next and break the circut and wouldnt remote start. I think im going to figure out the safety switches before i do the remote start.

why go through all that safety stuff if you can go buy a clifford alarm system, it has a build in safety feature for manual transmission. you just press your remote, it keeps the car running, arm your car and it'll shut down your car. that way you don't have to fumble with a hole bunch of switches.

you still have to bypass the clutch switch genious. And if you do this perminently, and the car *is* parked in gear and someone turns the key w/o pushing the clutch in the car would lurch forward.
plus you can do those "safety" featuers with a regular remote start too.. before you turn the key off, hit the remote start buttons and the DEI systems will do a valet takeover. Turn the key off, and the car will continue to run until either the time expires or you hit the remote start buttons again. That's another way to make sure it's in neutral.

ok... pin 87 should connect to one side of the clutch switch
pin 30 to the other side (as in 87 to the wire going into the switch, and 30 to the wire comming out of the switch).
Connect 85 to the 12V like you have it drawn up
86 goes to the grounded when remote start activated, just like you hvae that drawn up....
and
don't do anything with 87A
what will happen is when the remote start is told to start, the wire to 85 reads ground and that turns the relay on... when the relay turns on it will connect both sides of the clutch switch (because pins 87 and 30 will be connected) and the car will allow its self to be started....
hope that helps because these computers here have some pop-up disable thingy on and it won't let me get IM's from honda-tech
you can AIM me at rjr162 if you have any other questions, or drop me an email

That's how I have it wired up; this is only to bypass the clutch, isn't it?
To actually get the car to start, do you need to splice into the wire from the alarm that gives power to the "programmable output" once its activated, and tap into the starter wire like this:

no, the remote start should have it's own access, ignition, and starter outputs to power them up.
all the relay setup is suppose to do is make the car think you're sitting in it and pushed the clutch in. That will allow the remote start to crank the starter.
Most DEI alarms it's called like a special output or something like that. It's the wire used to turn on transponder bypasses incase your key has a chip in it or something like that. Same wire. Shows ground at the same time the accessory wire energizes before the remote start kicks the starter over

it really depends but i know sometimes i have accidentally let the clutch out at a light thinking i put it in nuetral and it jumped a good 2 feet. but the thing you have to worry about is if it somehow slips out of gear when it jumps and decides to roll somewhere. like into another car or a tree, or up under someones front porch down the street (happened to my grandpa).
I installed Aladdin 2000 and it has remote start. You can't start the car in gear because when ure parking the car you have to have the car in neutral and the car will shut off by itself. The only thing is I dont know how to wire the remote start. I have 91 integra. The remote start wire supplies a (-) current. Which wire does this go to?

why don't you draw something in paint like i did to help me out?

argh I can't FTP from this damn computer.
Here, scroll up to the last pic you posted. Take a peice of paper and cover up the left upper corner, and you got it. (pretty much, don't worry about the start at all. All your other wires look good)

with the parking brake not on, it will start up and literally drive away. With the Ebrake on, it will keep lurching foward (atleast mine does) as honda's don't have the strongest of e-brakes. If you have the tach sense turned on, since it didn't detect the car started it will just sit there and keep crankin the thing over. If you do the voltage check and set the crank time, it will only crank it for that time (typically under a second)... but will notice the car never started and will try to start it two more times. (DEI systems will anyhow)

ok, so i bypassed the clutch..... good for me; the car now thinks i am in it, and i have the clutch depressed. I knew that.
but what i've been trying to say is now that i have the clutch bypassed, how in the hell does the car start? it doesnt just start when you push in the clutch. What kind of wiring do i need to do to get the starter to kick over?
i have a remote start option, but i lost my manual to the alarm, so i have to try and hook it up by the "programmable ouputs"

ooooo
ok
what type of remote start? Usually the brain of the alarm/remote start system has a relay pack (like 4 relays) that control power to the accessory wire, ignition wire(s), and start wire, which it uses to actually start the car and keep it running.
If you can give me the name of who makes it or something I can see what I can peice together for you

yeah any ediot knows you have to bypass the clutch to start the car, but with a intellistart 4 module it has a wire that will do that instead of a relay.
yeah you can push the remote start button before you exit the car but with all the regular remote start systems on the market even if you don't push it or forget you can still start the car whenever, NOT with the Intellistart 4 module.

Actually you'd be suprised how many ppl don't... and don't think of the consequences that can occur if you do. Plus as he said (and I finally caught on to) that part is done. He needs to know how to actually get it to remote start now (atleast if I'm reading correctly)

yea, you get what im tryin to say now.
its the autopage 750 LCD system. I would have been able to figure it out with the diagram i made from your directons or i could have wired it the way it says to wire up the remote start feture, but i have no manual, if i could just get the manual, id be fine.
or, if you'd kindly jerry rig something for me
