Default Battery light going crazy!!!!

i just recently changed my battery about a week or two ago.. all of a sudden about last saturday.. my battery light started to flicker on and off, seems like everytime i hit a bump or take a turn the battery light turns on.. i checked my battery connection and its on there pretty good... some say it might be my alternator... i need some secondopinions before i get anything repalced..
thanks guys

A similar thing happened to me a while back... My battery light would spontaneously flicker on and off sometimes during normal driving. It did NOT do it only when turning, or hitting bumps like you explained. It turned out that the brushes on my alternator were going bad, so I replaced the alternator with a life-time warranty autozone remanufactured unit.

It really sounds like your issue has to do with your wiring harness. Perhaps the negative or positive battery terminal is loose, if not that then some of the grounds might be corroded or loose. If everything checks out okay with the wiring harness, then I'd go ahead and replace the alternator.

Since you checked the battery connections check the alternator ones as well.

Pull the negative off of your battery. If the car dies your alt is bad.
