how much grinding until its bad------------should I change the tranny fluid?
Lately I have grinded second a few times pretty bad, like I go to shift it grinds, I pull out and try to put it back in but it grinds in. That only happens when I grind it the first time though.
I drove around to see if its the syncro or if I can't drive - I think its my fault. Anyway, after all this grinding should I change the tranny fluid. I have ~75k and I think the manual says 90k until I should change, what do you think.
Should I be worried about my tranny after all this grinding?

Depends on how bad the synchros are damaged. Changing the fluid is a good idea tho, I'd recomend either honda mtf, GM synchromesh or penzoil sychromesh. I've used the synchromesh stuff myself with good results.
If that doesn't do the trick learn to double clutch or replace the synchros/trans.
