i just got finished putting together my budget turbo kit on my 94 integra GSR and now it is time for tuning...
The turbo is a Holset HX-35 and if anybody here has ever seen them they are farking big and spool up really quick on my GSR. there fore im using the Tial wastegate and the profec to controll it.

Im not having any luck using the profec because in the instructions it says to make a full throttle run in 3rd or 4th gear, which is impossible to do on a stock gsr block and head cause once past 5k rpms the turbo wants to spool about 15 psi... Is there any thing greddy isnt mentioning here? like am i supposed to put the set boost dial to whenever i want the wategate to open, while im doing the learning procedure?

Please help if you know anything about the situation im in...

when i was teachin my profec a, i only boosted a little then let off cause it was on a stock block too. after it learned it, it saved the setting. it worked fine for me
