Default helping a friend on accord swap info

my friend has a 97 accord and wants to put a h22 in it. its auto right now and i want to make sure i got all the facts right. auto prelude motor and tranny will bolt right on? i kno its needs the auto ecu. like the 92-96 prelude auto tranny with lsd will that work?

h22a auto's are a few tenths slower then the 5 speed's in the 1/4 mile.

Just not be as fun to drive.

There are no real downsides to it from what I have seen.

i am aware auto blows but it is not cheap to convert and its alot of work. i was thinkign about havin him do a vtec head swap and go boost but im not really sure how much the tranny can handle. honda auto trannys are not the strongest out there
