when going down hills and getting on the throttle, my car bogs. also, when going on the brakes, it dies down.
it's like the car is starving for fuel, and it's when the car is tilted nose first, where the pump is not picking up.
am i wrong?

 

first what kind of car is it and is it a stock or aftermarket fuel pump

guy i bought off told me it was a venom pump

 

first if i was u i would check to see if venom even makes a fuel 4 a 88 prelude si becuase u never know if someone is trying to throw in extra selling points and second how much gas do u have in the tank when this happen does it happen no matter if the tanks full or not
