I assume you are rockin' a B16A?

Their is a 10mm bleed screw near the upper radiator hose on the head of the engine, you want to get the car to average temp, put defrost high heat on, then open the screw until a constant stream of coolent is sprayed out. Then close. Now shut down car. And fill the coolent resivouir to the top. This should solve your problem.

Are you leaking coolent? Have you flushed it, it might be cloged somewhere...

ok i bled it like u told me too, but its still doing it. Theres no leak from what i can tell, well i baught the swap and put it in so it was COMPLETEY drained from antifreeze. Some people told me it might be my fitv, they said its on the TB where the coolant lines pass by, can that be it? If u got anyother ideas please let me know

yeah sometimes it could be that try taking off the t-b and unscrewing that little plate and there sould be a big white screw loking thing that u can tighten up w/ a flat head. or check to see if u have air leak some where near the intake manny spray carb cleaner around it and see if the idle changes, and to there is always the iac
