1st gen oil pan tapped for turbo need help

I ahve a 2nd gen b16 and i bought a 1st gen b16 oilpan and tapped it for turbo but the 2nd gen oilpan looks slighty deeper. Will i be ok to run 1st gen b16 oilpan or should i just tap the oilpan currently on engine.

The deeper one probably originated off a GSR...
