valve adj time? pinging / tink noise comming in very low rpms
usually in 1st / reverse and shifting to second.. i will hear a tiny.. tink.. tink... noise comming from the driver side of the car?...
Most of the things i have read are that h22's need valve adjustments around 75k cuz of the pinging noise... My original thoughts were that my fuel filter line is busted because of a tiny twist in it.. but that doesn't seem to be the case because it only happens in 1st / reverse and 2cd at low rpms.. could it be something wrong with he oil pan? car burning oil?
could this be a transmission problem?

valve adjustments are every 25k aren't they? If your valves are noisy they are noisy all the time even at idle.
Low rpm noise...hmm auto-tensioner for timing belt?

Just got a valve adj, car still tinks at low rpms in 1st / reverse... usually just going real slow
what is problem maybe?
shop said could be something loose vibrating, i dont believe so because it only happens at certain rpm... maybe a arm has something loose?
any ideas?
