EK seats into my CRX
I got a good deal on some EK seats and I wanna put them in my CRX. The bolts dont line up of course, and it doesnt look easy to swap the sliders either. Anyway if you know how to do this help me out, thanks.
You can remove the pan from the bottom of the seats and swap those. The pans are like what the rails attach to. Some seats let you remove the pans.

crxforum is right. You could also do some fabrication like I did to get rsx seats to fit.

Make measurements. Use cardboard as a sample. Make sure the length is correct. Make dots on the spot you need to drill and add bolts and nuts on the seats mounting holes and use you stock bolts to hold the other side of the bracket. i can take pics possibly tomorrow if you need me to.

if you plan it out right it shouldnt raise the seats up any...A friend of mine made his own brakets to mount some teg seats and it did raise them up a bit.

Dude . . .
'96-00 Civic seats are really bad. If you have an Si or DX, I would suggest to not waste your time. They sit very high, are uncomfortable, have very little lateral support, and hell they don't even look good.

Pans will definitely not swap. '96-00 seats are significantly wider and also have a different design for the recline mechanism.

I hear what your saying but my CRX seats are falling apart and i think these seats do look good and are comfortable, CRX are way better though, i just wish they made me of better quality.
dude put the seats in the car where you want them, mark the bolt holes, drill holes, then grade8 bolts/washers.
