jdm b16 head bolts/3 questions

are they TTY?..when i replace my head gasket can i re-use them?..what are the torque specs?

TTY??
You should replace them, the manual instructs you to do so, however i have reused them countless # of times. 22 ft lbs/ 56 ft lbs.

You might want to invest in a set of ARPs. They are only $120-130.
