Default Compatibility of cams and valvetrain

I got a great deal on a set of crower stage 2 cams (with stock lobes) for my h22 for only $475 shipped. I am now looking for the valvetrain and am looking for compatibility problems with different valvetrain brands, such as skunk2, crower, and ef-1.com. Skunk2 and crower is about the same price and ef-1 is a little cheaper. Does it really matter? I dont plan on going past 8k rpms since the block isnt built. I have searched but cam up with limited info.

no matter what valve train you decide, just try and run skunk2 stuff w/ skunk2 stuff, just don't mix and match...the same brands were made to work together the best...
