Default New Type R comes to Australia

This link leads you to an article on the new Integra Type R coming out in Australia. Check it out. Let them bring the RSX Type R, I have a feeling the RSX Type R will be to the new Integra Type R what the current GSR is to the current Type R.

Here it is, it's tough to find on the web page: Honda’s new race-bred Integra Type R has finally touched down in Australia. More advanced than its predecessor in almost every aspect, it is quieter, more powerful and more sophisticated. Featuring a next-generation 2.0 litre i-VTEC engine, the Type R has 147kW of power and 192 Nm of torque. It features stylish 16-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, sticky 205mm tyres and a limited-slip differential. A new slick six-speed close-ratio gearbox perfectly complements the torquier engine. The interior boasts body-hugging Recaro seats, aluminium-drilled pedals, race-style zero-angle speedometer and tachometer needles and a single in-dash CD player with four-speaker sound as a standard fitment. In a unique feature, the instrument panel lights up in red when illuminated. Four cup-holders are included, as are dual SRS airbags, an aluminium gearshift, MOMO steering-wheel, immobiliser and security alarm. Front spoilers, side sills, a high wing rear spoiler and chrome-finished exhaust leave no doubt as to the Type R’s sporty intentions. Performance driving has been enhanced with the new i-VTEC engine producing more torque lower in the rev range by progressively altering the camshaft timing. The Type R is available in a range of colours -Championship White, Milano Red, Satin Silver, Nighthawk Black and Arctic Blue. The Type R goes on-sale in Australia on August 30 with a recommended retail price of $43,990*. Contact your local dealer for further information.
