Im thinking about buying this for a new project and selling my stock LS hah , Im not too sure yet, equivalent to 11K US, and it has some ***** to it!

This car was built by Chris Tapp owner of Tapp Auto in Ottawa, he has an 11 second DSM and a now, 10 second street civic? I think, or low 11's..

Do you think the 11K is worth it for this JDM sleeper??

Its running 9psi of boost right now, and I think the DET comes stock 6-7 psi at 227 HP..

Not very pretty of a car but I bet these things are fun to drive. Id get it if I was in your position, definately get rid of the LS for this. This car is not as common as your LS which im sure youre aware of.

My LS isnt exactly stock, but Im 17, and Im looking for more power

 

does it run 11s? If not, I wouldnt buy it.

lol, never saw that your in ontario, but hey, let's jump on the drift bandwagon

after thinking it over, $11,000.00 is a bit too much, rather buy something else then that.

 

11 K US, its 15K Canadian..

The front clip was baught for 4K US on ebay, I would say 11 is reasonable consider the ehxuast, the FMIC, the ENGINE!

 

A "sleeper" with an intercooler like that?

 

It's nice, but I wouldn't throw down 11 grand for it

 

yeah, its just a big big big air conditioning unit haha its not a FMIC

yeah, I was thinking 11 is a little much, but I factored in the 4g's for front clip and a couple for the extra's, it doesnt add up..

I was thinking the same thing. Will the owner negotiate or is that his set price?

 

He needs money I think, what should I offer?

 

4K for front clip, 3k for car, 1k in extras = 8k

 

Yeah, not to mention the countless hours he put in converting it, all the cans of black, haha..

So what should I offer?

But.. The Intercooler here in Canada is $1400, and the exhaust is $1299, it has HKS Intake - $350 and - Boost Controller, Turbo Timer and all the interior for the RHD conversion..

 

3K for the car is generous. It's primered for gods sake!!

its also got a home depot paint job, AND grill.

the parts are nice, but the bucket they are in isn't.

How does that = sleeper?

I am sorry, but the GIANT front mount intercooler out in the open trashes the sleeper image. Not to mention the GIANT muffler hangin out back...
