Which Cars Have FITV (Fast Idle Thermo Valve)

Like the topic says which cars have (Fast Idle Thermo Valves)? Sorry if confusing I messed up on the original topic.

I beleive it's pretty much the obd1 cars but completely sure. I know the obd1 GSR has them.

I think they changed the fast idle setup on 96 and up to satisfy OBD2 regulations.
