If the car is your daily driver, I would not recommend drag launch springs. Put them (Skunks) on my Civic, and when I see the car in front of me on the freeway hit a bump, I cringe; because I know my kidneys are about to take another hard hit.
I run normal I belive 450's up front and full drag springs in the rear (1050). They are made be ground controll and yes are eibach. They are not that bad for daily driving but ya if you hit a bump. HELL, youll notice it
But it takes me 15 mins to change the rear up so if i was too worried about it, under 20 mins to redo entire rear set up!

I emailed Skunk2 about their springs...do these numbers make sense...maybe my kg to pounds converso is wrong....The spring rates for the Drag Launch kit is 10Kg Fr & 18Kg RR. It comes with everything you would get as if you were buying a regular coil-over kit.
The spring rate for the PN# 517-050740. 8KGFr & 6Kg Rr (regular coil-overs)
