H22 or H23 Auto?
yes it should fit with very little problem (should be direct bolt on)... you may need the H22-H23 auto tranny's ECU (not quite sure on that part).

yes it will fit......u will need the corresponding ecu.......u will notice a little bit of change in how the power is put down, and on the freeway, u will be at 4000 rpms while doin 70 mph............gets a little annoying after awhile, but, it makes the auto a little quicker......
