Default question about a legacy amp

ok so legacy... i know they are ****, but i can get a 300 watt 4 channel amp for real cheap and i was thinkin bout getting an amp to hook up to my 4 type s speakers (details in sig). now would this legacy amp suffice or should i not waste my time and jus go for the good stuff. what do you suggest i use? by the way the watt ratings on them are (front RMS-40, TOTAL-200 --- rear RMS-50, TOTAL-250). thanks!
