Default cold air intake piping

is the piping the same for the ls and the gsr 94-up

the intake mahifold on teh gsr is lower then the ls, i dont know if this changes anything, but besides that they are teh same

the GSR and LS/TYPER is both completely different intakes.

Gsr is lower down to the head and the LS/typeR is more up.
