My car just threw a code 7 today which is the TP Sensor. I was just wondering how i might be able to fix this because my check engine light is starting to get annoying. I know that it isn't a loose wire. Any suggestions will help.

 

What kind of motor is this? Is it a swap? Did you change the wiring like your suppose to? I mean it could a number of things. At least for me I need a bit more information before I can post something less than mini novel to help you trouble shoot anyting from 1.5, 1.6 sohc, 1.6 dohc, 1.8. Was it fine and then it just happened? Did you just do a swap. Ect.

 

if you need a TPS I have a couple lying around that work...they are DX ones so you would need to swap the outside two wires around and then it's all good.
