how many miles will a honda engine give you?

how many miles will a honda engine give you?
im thinking about getting a over milaged honda (integra) and swapping a type r motor in it. i have two questions:
1. how many miles can you get out of a ls motor? im sure you can go way over 200,000 miles, but when is it time to throw in a towel and give it a new heart? and i know you cant swap in a new engine and call it "new" but what can you replace to make it seem new? clutch?
2. how much will a type R motor cost? $3000?
