Default ECU problem

today i got a P08 chipped ECU
and my obd2b-- obd1 harness

the car doesnt start
and its trowning me a 22 cel

i have 2000 VTI and it comes with inmobilizer

PO8 is a D15 SOHC VTEC ECU.....what engine are you using this on? its throwing a Vtec Oil pressure code.....Should'nt keep you from starting the car though.
