Default Some progress pictures of my buddies CRX.....with 5th gen civic bumper(56k go away!!!)**UPDATED**

Hey guys, my buddie(honda_guy_83) bought a salvage CRX and was working on it for a while over summer and here are some pix of the progress.
The car is a 88 CRX, with some kind of kit, but my buddie is in the process of molding on a 92-95 civic bumper onto his crx.
Also the car has a DOHC ZC motor

So far it looks pretty good, much better in person.

here are some d0pe pix

Poor EF

No windsheild here

The beutifull interior shot

Both EF's sittin, chillin

The good ol' EF, had some fun times driving around in that car

Nice b00ty shot

nice side shot

Damaged fender and a bit of damage on the rad support

Tail lights installed

Custom front speaker covers made

New and improved Tein Suspension installed

5th gen bumper mounted and bolted up

Ghetto rig the bumper just playing, it was properly installed

Get the **** out of my way!!!!!!!!

Do we see some progress here???

Yep, 5th gen bumper installed

This is the progress so far, the car should be sanded down soon and re-painted and put on the road.

Hope you guys don't take it to heart that he's got a body kit on it, but he likes it so that's what matters

Enjoi

P.S. I'll have some pix this weekend of my EJ Stay tuned

Thanks
bartek

looks good, but i would never mold a front bumper on, i always seem to have to take mine off for one reason or another.

I am glad you kept the stock headlights. I was a little scared at first, but I think it will look very good in the end Good luck with the project

You guys are awsome, I thought most of you would hate it
I'm not huge in conversions, but I must say that this bumper looks pretty good tho.

At first, my friend wanted to paint it black, then a few of us talked to him and told him to paint it Championship white, but he's painting it just a standard white color, with possibly pearl(I think)

front bumper looks dope, probably the start of a new trend! but that rear bumper should be burned . . . twice . . .

The 5th gen Civic lines are completely different from a CRX, I'm not feeling this conversion at all.
