GSR block/b16 head?
I havent decided yet, but I think I want to go with a B16 head on my GSR block. This, with CTR cams, and ITR pistons should make for a good compression and more power than my stock GSR head. Also, the valvetrain can rev higher safely, and the head flows better...
Any opinions? Also, what would I have to change besides pistons/rods to adapt the head safely?

build the GSR head, it will give you more compression, the valvetrain determines whether or not it could handle high revs, and they both flow pretty much the same. You must have got the wrong info somewhere.
The only disadvantage to the GSR head is there is no $200 intake manifold you could just strap on like the ITR manifold on pr3 heads. (cheapest being skunk2 for around 350 after all the extras you have to buy)
If you want to rev higher you could have to get at least ARP rod bolts for your stock rods.
