Does anyone run the SMS header? AN-R? Hytech? JDM 4-1? What is the best for max hp w/out doing major motor work? (just using I/H/E)

 

If you search SMSP or SMS Header, I am sure you will find the results you are looking for. Same goes with the other headers you are looking for.

 

I gained 23whp by just bolting on a sms and 2.5inch cat back to a spoon n1, search under my username, i posted a graph.

George is making near 200 whp with his SMSP H/E, and without "major motor work".

Depends on what you call major.

 

I don't consider I/H/E, adjustable cam pulleys, P&P head, minor IM work, and a Hondata setup to be "major motor work", especially considering the numbers George's car is putting down.

 

you can always benefit from SMS header , even with I/E . An you know that you will have greater gains as you keep modifing the motor

 

could somebody please post a place that sells sms or smsp header. i did a search but could not find anything.all the searchs come up with is cars that run the header.

Thanks for tha advise. All I want to do to my ITR in I/H/E and Hondata and maybe a set of cams. I have a 97 ITR that is in mint condition ,so I really do not what to build the motor or do any thing that will harm the motor.
