Default Car is posessed!!! Wiring problem? *help*

My '96 Accord is posessed, it automatically locks the doors periodically. I can just be driving down the road and it'll lock........lock.....lock...lock...lock........... ..lock. It's driving me crazy! I don't even have to be in the car: I was taking out the garbage last night and the car was stting there locking itself repeatedly. What could be the problem?

does your car have a alarm system? see if you see a gray two pin connector above your fuse box with a blk/wht wire and a orange wire. if you have a alarm make sure it's not touching ground.

i would get a digital multimeter and test for continuity ground on the lock wires.. if it tests for continutity you got have wire grounded out and thats why its locking all the time....

Brewerhatch it is the door lock actuator in what ever door you hear it in
most likely in the drivers door

it is a common problem in Accords

my wifes is starting to go out

just ask the dealer for a driver front door lock actuator & remove the door panel and replace it

it can be a pain in the *** though
