Ive decided to use the d16y8 as the platform for my 88 crx. Now ALL i gotta do is find the parts from the local junkyards or people on the boards. If ya got a deal on anything related to the d16y8 engine itd be coo. Except, I know the z6 has a higher compression but is it a better engine overall or pretty much the same? Im gonna be going from a rebuild once I get the engine. So yeah, put your input here. As usual you can contact me in the info below or Post here

Ive been looking and researching. I found mating a D16Y8 head toa D16Z6 block gives it high compression ratio. I was wondering what kind of D16 engine combo would give it a low compression to prep for turbo. ANy takers?
