A6 vs. Z6
I was in a pissing contest w/ a VW friend about SOHC VW vs. SOHC hondas and it got me thinking about this.
How does a built A6 compare w/ a built Z6? Anybody have dyno charts of them? I was thinking like 12:1 compression, stage 2-3 cam (depending on manufacturer), headwork, and fuel management (VAFC/ghettodyne/hondata). Seems like peak power should be close, since they are very similar engines, but I was wondering how big of an advantage the Z6 will get at low RPM and at idle.
