Default Good chambered muffler?

I'm currently running a 2.5" mandrel exhuast with a magnaflow resonator and 2.5"in/ex straight through muffler. The car sounds pretty decent, no ricer buzz thanks to the resonator, but I've been thinking about going with an even quiter muffler. I'm trying to the keep the car relatively sleeper and I don't like the fact that alot of people think I'm getting on it when I just give the car 1/2 throttle off of stop lights. It's not that loud, but louder than I want.

I guess that would mean I'm looking for a chambered muffler that won't decrease flow signifcantly. Any suggestions?

I think that's somewhat of an oxymoronic statement. How large is your current resonator?

I know you ain't gonna like this but, Stock is such a good balance.

And Yella paint ain't exactly "Sleeper" in many peoples eyes.

On the constructive side, what about the Apexi WS?

You can get a Dynomax or Magnaflow Turbo muffler.

The chambers inside the muffler goes in a S pattern.

Good muffler to decrease the sound a bit.

I've looked around and couldnt find any chambered muffler that flowed well. As far as i can tell, if you want quiet and high flow, you are going to have to cough up the money for a hytech or mugen twinloop muffler.

Since you have a 2.5" setup I would stay away from the Mugen twin loop.

John's Twin Loop Muffler is an option.

You may want to contact Dave @SMSP just for an opinion. I know that he is always working on ways to quiet down his systems.

You may just want to add one more resonator somewhere.

he needs to match it up to 2.5 piping.

I would not recommend going down in piping just to get a chambered muffler.

this is why I recommend the Fujitsubo RM-01A so much. It's quiet but still a straight-through (non chambered) exhaust.

Mugen is not chambered, but it's not louder than stock, just deeper. The Hytech is louder than the Mugen as I have compaired to Austin's.
