yes the headgasket will work...but i couldn't tell ya what the best pistons are for your setup because you said what the setup was...that would help

It was just a regular LS vtec setup b18b block stock (pr4 pistons) LS bottom end and 1990 B16 head (stock) Some sort of block guard in there too I think it said ac on it..... now its ripped apart.
