Default cam gear tuning

Just out of curiosity, what do you guys with adjustable cam gears advance or retard on engines equipped with turbo? I am running a b18a turbo, and was wondering if I can mess with the cam gears until I get my car dynoed......

I honestly wouldn't bother unless you are on a dyno. Honestly (!). Very few *** dyno's can tune the cam gears

the only way to find out which settings are best for your motor is to goto the dyno and find out.

I made the most power at 0,0 on my b18b, so guess what, I sold my adjustable cam gears and went back to stock. Dont waste the money if you have a non-vtec head.

agreed.you should only adjust them on the dyno so you know what is best for your car,but mine are +4exhaust and -2intake and they WERE tuned on a dyno.
