I have purchased this from a friend for really cheap and that, is there any Tutorial or any place where i can learn how to install this alarm in? I have all neccesary parts, just no idea where to start.

I would hate to pay $150+ labor to install this alarm i got for cheap.. -=\

I could run down the instructions for you but that would be pointless. There is alot to know. The alarm is only as good as the installation..

 

You can start by telling us what car you got. and if you have the Matrix III installation manual that tells you what color does what.
