i just orderd the 22mm sway bar and the bsq kit. i have about 140$ left to spend on my suspension. should i get a itr front sway or maby a rear tie bar?

what do you have already? no point in getting the US ITR front sway bar.. its the same size as you stock GSR (both 24mm) the JDM one is 25mm but the stock 24mm is plenty. any more and you understeer bad.

stock GSR front upper strut bar is good!.
Id invest in some good springs/shocks if you dont have them already. its important to have good springs/shocks with a big 22mm in the rear. u dont want to tear your subframe out.

 

i just orderd the itr 22mm sway bar. and im getting some tein ss next week. its mostly a daily driver. but some auto X every once and a while. i also like to go take long drives in the mountans on the tight curvy roads.

 

so by next week you will have.
- Tein SS coilovers
- GSR 24mm front sway bar (came stock)
- ITR 22mm rear sway bar
- GSR front upper strut bar (came stock)
- GSR front lower subframe brace (came stock)
sounds like your done. invest in somthing like a skunk2 front camber kit and an SRR rear kit, get an alignment and your set!

 

there is no point in a skunk2 lower rear tie bar?

I will have a similar setup to yours....mugen front and rear strut braces, itr rear swaybar w/ bsq kit, bsq itr trunk brace, and hopefully within two months I will have my tein SS.

 

make sure you dont forget a subframe kit , like BSQ or such . . . just type BSQ in the search field . . . then its like 23.50 or so shipped . . .

 

where did you order the itr 22mm sway and the bsq kit? I think this is the only suspension mod I have left to do on my GSR. I think it needs it, got some pretty bad understeer/oversteer.

Just about everyone Ive talked to that has installed the ITR rear swaybar said it was one of the best mods theyve done and a good bang for the buck. I have every intention of getting one.

not need, unless you slam your car to the ground and drive agressively every day...also depending on your tires, if you use all weather tires or close to it for every day use you can drive two years without wearing the tires to a rediculous point...just get it aligned

I ordered the bsq kit straight from his website, http://www.geocities.com/bretq.
