What coils are you running?
I've got Ground Control coilovers on Koni Yellow shocks. Ride is a little rough since it is lowered, had to up the firmness on the shocks so I don't bottom out. The springs are nice though, they are soft and feel very smooth when I don't have the firmness up on the shocks.

skunk2's....civic spring rates for the front because the tokico illumina's tend to ride on the stiff side, even if you soften up the ride quality on the shocks themselves.... rides decent...good for cornering.

350/270 ground controls with illuminas, and it's smooth. It's not harsh, but it's not soft by any means. I guess they're firm, then
I have the car lowered 2" in front, and 1.5-1.75 in back, the shocks set on 3/2 front/back and the suspension doesn't bottom out unless I hit something like a big-*** pot hole or something. When I switch the shocks to 5, the handling is incredible. Excellent setup, I'd recommend them.

). dual spring design
; smooth over the minor stuff, but can get harsh over some of the deep unavoidable pot holes.
