i just installed a neuspeed short shifter on my 94 hatch. i didnt use the bushing for the shifter cuz i lost them. i just used washers. the thing is that when im on 3rd or 4th gear it pops out of gear onto netraul.and pops out of gear in a hard bump. what is the cause of this? can it be from alot of vibrating cuz of no bushing???this never happen with my stock shifter.

If the "bushings" came from neuspeed, give them a call and ask them to send you some replacements.
