Is that r stock cause from my experiences, thats good. Yours car is obviously not a si if it weighted in at 2000 w/o driver.

You should be happy with that time. In fact if its a real time! Baby slicks consist of what as well.

Back in the day on street tires and then it was actually the b18c gsr civic with r tranny and i ran 13.9 on 17's (haha those were the days )

What do you mean by open header and OMG, 7200rpm launces and your still getting a 2.0 60foot.

From that Id think yoiur spinning like mad, and I dont understand, your not running a cat or any exhaust. Just straight from thye oem header out? That int no good for back pressure!

Yes I and over 50% others have all sort of LSD's! I guess its been so long since I have been n/a I forget

1.8's are possible at a good track and a 8x15x22 slick

and i dont think that many people are launching at that rpm. All it would do would be to bounce off your redline and thants no good. Just asking for broken parts, bent valves crap like that!

On 20x8x14 slicks, I launch at 7500rpm...1.8s. Similar setup...92 hatch, gsr motor.

What psi are you running in the slicks?

John,
Is your lug pattern similiar to the accord 4 lug? Because my Lensos have the universal 4 lug patern

What's up Daryl! I dropped the head off yesterday at Midway to install the EF-1 dual valve springs, and retainers. There also going to resurface the head for me. If I get out of work early enough I'm going to pick it up tomorrow. Jeese is going to some training tomorrow, and Friday, and is working this weekend. I'll be in Las Vegas next week Tuesday-Friday... so I just need to find some time to work on it. Possibly by next week it should be out on the street as long as there are no surprises.

Didn't mean to steal your tread John! Get some slicks with Lenso's like Barney! Your times will only get better!

Believe or not, I've seen an EG hatch with a JDM B18C-R with bolt ons and some 22x8-13's go 12.70's at like 104-105MPH. From what i remember the went quicker and faster than that.

Those are sweet times. I have a JDM B18C-R in my fatass EK. By best run to date with bolts on's was a 14.48 @ 98, but that was with 13" no name stock tires. I'm looking to get 205/50-14 BFG drag radials in the near future. Do you guys think I would be able to break into the 13's with the BFG's? Also, do any of you experience extreme wheel hop with the BFG's? Because I did with my crap tires. I told myself I wouldn't bring it back to the track until I got BFG's. So that's what I'm waiting on.
