I've never had this much trouble finding a jumper.. i checked under the carpet (ecu is there), 3 black boxes under the dash on passenger side again, top right had nothing, nothing on the left, the one in the middle say a/c so and didn't see any screws for that one..

whats the trick to find that jumper?

its behind that plastic kick panel on the passenger side.

 

for some reason i just can not find it.. i checked everywhere i could on passenger side..

can you please give more details? kick panel next to the door?
