do dealers sell radiator support bar itself?

as some of u may know my bf just bought a rsx with a minor accident on the front end. well we were wondering if acura sells radiator support bar that goes accross the front of the car...the same one that holds the headlights? thanx

because sometimes dealers will only sell some parts as a full assembly, so it would come with some other stuff she doesnt need.
