Is it ok for me 2 use my apexi n1 for my turbo set-up

i have a apexi n1 with what i believe is 2.5 piping,is that fine 2 use until i can find affordable 3'' catback.

im going to be running stock exhaust....and a cutout...but thats besides the point...ill probably be running w/ the cutout closed most of the time until i get some time/money to weld a "legal" exhaust
