There was a handful of us who attended the Supra Invades Las Vegas event where they ran the Road Course at Parhump on Thursday 10/2/03.

The following day, Friday 10/3/03, most of us decided to go play with the Miatas in the All Madza event.

I got limited videos of the Supra event:
A line of Supras thru turn 9? (214k)

A local female drag racer (Juddi Lin) tries her luck at open track racing (608k)


But, the large portion of videos came from the Madza event:
Danny George in his miata gets a little sideways (584k)

Leading Patrick Michael (350z) and Danny (Miata) thru the back straight (1m)

Marty Sullivan lets us by, but doesn't let me leave without a fight (3.6m)

A very nice 510, obviously low on HP (1.3m)

Maxima of local racer (sorry, forgot his name). He was doing very well with this heavy sedan (1.5m)

Monster Miata also passed by us three (2m)

I hate this turn, decreasing radius (2.9m)

Passing a rx8 (1.8m)

Front straight, pulling on Patrick a bit, but not much (1.7m)

Last, and certainly least...
This idiot parks directly behind me in their sinfully ugly Miata. I just wanted to rear-end it (which i decided against at the last moment, hell, they can't sue me) (1.7m)

Last one is funny, when you almost hit it some guy yells. Nice vids.

 

Nice Vids. Your car handles very well and you're fast. One question though, 2nd to 3rd is really hard. Is your tranny on the way out?

yep. 2nd to 3rd and 4th to 3rd shifts all grind.

gearbox is done for... oh well! still trying to break it. It's the reason why i built it, to be beat on.
