Default Tie rod end

I have a question about tie rod end, last week i was taking a slow rite turn and lucky for me i was going slow, me left wheel went the rite and the left well inward(left). I got out and found the tie rod end had come out. So i tow it to my house it was like midnite. Anyway now my question is the following :
1- Where does the tie rod end goes i mean on top or bottom of the wheel
assembly u know the part that holds the brake and and the wheel(sorry for my
lack of technical terms) On top there's s screw with a pin and at the bottom
there's a lil rubber thingy. And to change it what will I have to change (hope i
am clear enuf)
2-I want to order some red/clear for 92-93 accord on ebay and it looks like it's gonna be from procarparts. Anybody from Canada ever order from them.?
