Default New head gasket.....what size?

I am installing a full gude head on my DZ16z next week. I want to replace the ehad gasket. What size? and what material. There is boost in the future. I was thinking of the SCE that summitt sales. They are copper and come in .043, .050 & .062. Im looking for maximum performance. Anyone help me out here

I would stay stock, because changing gasket thickness can throw off your timing...if you do it, don't go too far away from the stock thickness,
it's best to just buy new pistons to change compression ratios.
