truthfully, i think the CAI is the most beneficial. the exhaust just makes a bunch of noise and the headers really don't help much at all........

I'm going to have to disagree with you masterxfob. The aem cai was my first mod and yes it made a difference but i wasnt all that impressed. The car pulled harder up top but i lost midrange. The exhaust was my second mod. My butt dyno told me it made more power then the aem. I had much more low end and midrange then before, top end about the same. The stock gsr exhaust is only 1.75 or 2 inch and its very restrictive. A quality 2.25 exhaust will make a difference on a bolt on gsr. The header was my last mod butt dyno said almost no defference at all except maybe above 6000 rpm. But overall the car runs pretty good
