whats the stock hp/ tq for a h23, h23 vtec (type r accord) and a f22 - what i have and would a h23 be better for nitrous/ possibly boost than a h23 vtec? will the h23 vtec go right into my 96 prelude or is a h22 a better swap?

 

They only used the H23 vtec in the accord wagon Sir, not the Accord typeR.
I would just get a H22(Cheaper,and same Hp) Plus the JDM H23 Vtec only came in a AUTO..
