WTB: OBD2B conversion harness w/chipped P28

I'm looking for a chipped P28 with an OBD2B conversion harness.

It doesn't matter what chip is in it, I have my own.

And it must work with 00-01 Integras - (OBD2B)

I'm not looking to spend more than 350$... and I have paypal.

Ok I got myself a harness.. can anyone get me a chipped P28 for under 200$?
