how much wheel HP and torque can be expected on a 2000 ITR with IceBox and Comptech 4-2-1 headers, no other mods? on average?

You get good gains from the box but minial gains for the header. If you go JDM headers with 2.5" collector you will be expecting about +/-7whp.

somewhere around there considering its still pretty much stock...very minor bolt ons
