oil in coolant

Default oil in coolant

Noticed this week a couple small specs of what looks like oil floating in my radiator. What would cause this?

When I change the headgasket (Mugen) and have the head resurfaced do I need to add cam gears? Some people have mentioned that the cam timing will be off.
