im not in socal but i am willing to ship. i have and o-ringed block with a weld in block gaurd installed. and i have a head and crank.

I can hook up the JDM SOHC ZC VTEC (D16Z6)
Eng/trans/P08 or P71 (i think) for 525
these are cleaned, and have less than 50K

I have a complete d16z6, the bottom end has a bad main bearing but the head and trans are in excellent shape. I also have a p28 ecu for it too.

thanks for the offers guys but i needa be ca smog legal, and would prefer a motor that doesnt need a bottom end rebuild, thanks alot though
