Default Loeb One Step Closer to WRC Title...

What do you guys think? 3 of the last 4 races on Tarmac, and Loeb was only 10 pts behind in the championship. He won in sanremo, and is only now 2 points out of the lead. The kid is very impressive...and I believe has the championship all but won.

dammit. Petter runs out of gas. WTF!!! Thats below an amateur screw up.
Someone is losing their job over this one.

Petter was in 2nd place to burns, could have been in 1st over Burns with a good finish.
Now in 4th....

after Monte Carlo last year, I have no respect for Citroen, and suspect they are cheating in other ways.

It was an illegal tire change, and they hid the other tires after switching. Definately doesnt sound like "cleaner wheels"

Didnt know the FP died, the recap just said ran out of fuel.

I definitely have my money on Sebastien Loeb on being the next big rally driver. The pure skill and driving ability Loeb has is the same reason why I like Montoya so much in F1. And Sebastien is so young, too while at the same time on many occasions out driving his teammate veterans McRae and Sainz, as well as everyone else. My favorite driver has been McRae for many years now, but seeing Loeb driving this year that’s starting to change real fast. Either way, for whatever reason I never really was a fan of R. Burns, so I want to see anyone but him win the championship this year. And my money again has to be on Loeb coming out on top.

what the hell was up with Burns?
That was a horrible drive. HE is not getting paid to for a leisurly drive through the country side.
If i was his boss i would be pissed. Its one thing to have an off day but it just flat out looked like he wasn;t trying at all. This race could cost him the championship.
Oh well i guerss it doesn;t matter becuase he is on to a new team next year
